Hara Tetsuya

Born in Gifu. 24 years of professional experience. For 10 years at a publishing company studio in Nagoya, he successfully led photography projects that required a high visual impact, such as magazine covers and opening features, as the leader of the photography division. In addition to shooting technology, we simultaneously manage the schedule and quality of multiple projects by making full use of project management capabilities. Efforts were made to improve team productivity and motivation. Other than shooting, they work hard to teach and train junior photographers, and regularly hold workshops to encourage creative thinking as well as technical guidance. Thus, the technical level of the entire business division was improved and the growth of young members was realized. We are also focusing on team guidance and development, and we have realized the development of not only photography techniques, but also human resources with creative perspectives. Thus, the quality of creative output of the entire business unit was improved, and an efficient work flow was established.
Currently, as a freelance photographer, I mainly shoot many famous people such as film directors, athletes, actors, idols, musicians, and business people.
