TOTTA is a platform that allows users to directly search for professional photographers nationwide and directly request a shoot. You can contact the photographer, settle the shooting fee, issue quotations and invoices, and send files such as documents. It is also possible to have a web conference with the photographer before placing an order for a detailed discussion.
カメラマンのプロフィールページから直接メッセージを送信するか、カメラマン全員にメッセージを一括送信する「公募」をしてカメラマンからの見積もりを待ちます。
撮影場所や撮影内容、どのようなイメージで撮影したいか、必要なカット数など、依頼メッセージではできるだけ詳細な内容を記載することで、より具体的な見積もり料金が提示されます。
特定のカメラマンに直接メッセージを送る方法です。「東京都のカメラマン」等の条件でカメラマンを検索後、各カメラマンのプロフィールページから見積もり依頼を出します。
カメラマンを公募することで、カメラマンネットワーク全体に募集の通知が送信されます。各カメラマンは募集内容を確認の上、見積もり料金を提示します。
プロジェクトごとに生成されたチャットルームで直接カメラマンに相談することができます。チャットルームでは資料の送付や、ウェブ会議も可能です。（ZoomやMicrosoft Teams、Google Meetなどのウェブ会議ツールのURLはご準備頂きますようお願い申し上げます）
メールアドレスや発注前の電話番号の交換はご遠慮いただいています。
クライアントからの依頼内容を確認後、見積もり料金を提示してください。クライアントにメッセージを送るためには、見積額を入力する必要があります。
情報が不足していて詳細な見積もりを提案できない場合には一旦仮の見積額を提示いただきました上で、詳細をヒヤリングの上で料金を変更されることをおすすめしています。
見積金額を提出後、料金を修正する場合には、プロジェクトのメッセージページ下部に以下のようなボタンが表示されていますので、「提案中の料金を修正」ボタンから再見積もりを行えます。
プロジェクトのメッセージページに表示される黒い「予約依頼を出す」ボタンを押し、遷移後のページから支払方法を選択、カメラマンに撮影希望を送信します。
このタイミングで集合日時や拘束時間、撮影場所などのすべての情報を確定してください。カメラマンが受注後は再見積もりを行うことはできませんので、必ず依頼内容に変更がないかなどご確認ください。
個人のカメラマンへの撮影依頼の場合、源泉徴収の有無も合わせて選択いただけます。
カメラマンの予約希望を送信すると同時に、クレジットカードの決済予約（与信枠確保）が行われます。カメラマンが撮影依頼を受注次第、指定のクレジットカードでの決済が完了し、依頼が確定します。（キャンセル時はクレジットカードにキャンセル費用を差し引いた差額を返金いたします）
VISA / Master/ American Expressに対応しています。Stripe社のクレジットカード決済システムを使用しているため、TOTTA側でクレジットカード情報は保存することはありません。
後払いに必要な法人情報を入力した上で、予約希望を送信してください。カメラマンが入力された法人情報を確認し、問題ないと判断した後に予約が完了します。
カメラマンが受注後、期日内に銀行振込を完了してください。事務局にて着金確認後、予約が完了します。事務局にて着金を確認できない場合、依頼は自動的にキャンセルされます。
支払い方法により依頼可能なタイミングが決まっています。詳細は「期日とスケジュール」をご確認ください。
今の時点では予約は確定していません。撮影依頼の条件・スケジュールに寄ってはカメラマンが受注できない場合もございます。
カメラマンから見積もり料金が届いたあとは、プロジェクトのメッセージページ下部に以下のようなボタンが表示されています。「予約依頼を出す」ボタンを押して、撮影日や集合場所・支払い方法等の詳細な情報を正しく入力の上、次のステップに進んでください。
クライアントから予約依頼が来ると、依頼内容を確認の上、受注に進んでいただけます。受注後は撮影料金の変更などを行うことはできませんので、不明点は事前にクライアントに確認ください。
プロジェクトのメッセージページ下部に以下のようなボタンが表示されていますので、「受注の可否を返答」ボタンを押して、依頼内容と撮影料金に相違がなければ受注に進んでください。
TOTTAでは支払い前の対面での打ち合わせ・撮影対応等は固く禁止されています。
支払い完了後であれば、直接お会いいただくことも可能です。
チャットの内容はサービス向上のため、モニタリングをさせて頂く場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
TOTTAではTOTTAを介さない取引を禁止しています。サイト外取引（サイト外取引を誘引した場合、またはサイト外取引の誘因に応じた場合、本サービスで取引開始をした会員と再度取引する場合を含みます）を行った場合には、該当プロジェクトの解散（進行具合に関わりません）、会員資格の停止・取り消しとなり、利用規約に基づき損害賠償金及び違約金が発生する場合もございます。
このような取引が行われるとTOTTAというサービスを継続できなくなります。
サイト外取引を発見した場合には、サポートへのご連絡をお願いします。
TOTTAでは契約当事者（クライアントとカメラマン）が安心して取引を行うため、事務局へ仮払い後、プロジェクト完了後にカメラマンに送金するエスクロー（取引保全）というシステムを導入しています。
カメラマンが指定時間・指定場所に向かい、撮影を行います。後日、オンラインでデータが納品されます。
撮影現場での納品はシステム上対応しておりませんので必ず撮影データはTOTTA経由で受け取るようお願いいたします。
撮影当日の詳細な流れは、下記「撮影当日の流れ」をご確認ください。
納品作業は必ずTOTTAを経由する必要があります。撮影現場での直接納品や物理メディアでの郵送納品は可能ですが、TOTTA上でも必ず納品作業を完了してください。
プロジェクトのメッセージページ下部に以下のようなボタンが表示されていますので、ボタンを押してクチコミ投稿のステップに進むことができます。
クライアントが「後払い」を選択している場合、納品完了と同時にシステムより納品書がクライアントに送付されます。
撮影の評価とクチコミの投稿を完了して、プロジェクトはすべて終了となります。

指定日時に担当カメラマンが指定場所にお伺いします。
合流時に必要なお互い（クライアント・カメラマン）の携帯電話番号は、依頼確定後チャットルームより確認できます。
事前に打ち合わせ済みの内容の最終確認や、撮影場所の確認などを行います。
細かな撮影内容は事前の打ち合わせを行い、クライアント側が事前にどのような写真を撮影するかという点をリストアップしておくことをおすすめします。
撮影場所の確認（ロケハン）もこのタイミングで行いますが、事前の撮影場所の候補はクライアント側が決めておきましょう。
撮影機材のセッティングをします。
以下に撮影内容ごとのセッティング時間の目安を紹介します。あくまでも目安ですので、実際に必要な時間は各カメラマンにお問い合わせください。
プロフィール写真やインタビュー写真など、人物写真を中心としたホームページ用の撮影の場合、機材の準備時間は概ね30分程度です。
企業イベントの記録などの場合、機材の準備時間は概ね30分程度です。
照明を焚かない場合であれば、30分〜1時間程度、照明を焚き、複数のカメラやマイクのセッティングが必要な場合1時間以上セッティング時間が必要になります。
必要なカットの撮影を進めていきます。
特に写真撮影の場合には、クライアント側にて事前に撮影リストのご準備をお願いします。撮影当日は希望されるリストを元に撮影を進めていくとスムーズです。
すべてのシーンの撮影が終了次第、機材を片付けてすべての撮影は終了です。

All TOTTA registered photographers are professional photographers who work as a living.
Professional photographers are concentrated in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Kansai area, where there is a lot of work, so depending on the details of the request, please consider requesting a business trip shooting from an urban area.
If you use the public recruitment function, you can find photographers smoothly.
The details of the request can be made from the project message page if the reservation is confirmed.
Also, it is not possible to make upward revisions to the project after the reservation is confirmed, so please check the message directly if there is additional information or changes.

Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee will be charged. In the case of bank transfer (prepayment), the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the month following the cancellation month, so it is necessary to register the bank transfer of the remittance destination when the cancellation is confirmed.
