　I've been working as a photographer for a newspaper for many years. Newspaper companies tend to have the image that they only cover incidents, accidents, and sports, but in reality, the truth is that there is a lot of coverage about the city and the economy. If you “face head-on and be expressionless,” as described above in interviews with top management of companies, you will be scolded by your boss. What I keep in mind is that person's natural expression. For example, I will photograph gentle smiles, serious faces that make you feel struggling, and gestures that show your personality. It is only with these photos that an interview article is formed for the first time. The picture of the person working there is the same. Serious expressions working on work, photos of seniors who kindly teach work to juniors, relaxing scenes where everyone gathers during breaks and smiles burst out...
